Our pre-insulated 40 mm double pipe is perfectly suited for hydronic heating installations fed by a hot-water boiler (such as a Sequoia wood furnace).
Our 40 mm pre-insulated double pipe consists of two PEX conduits, each with a 1 ¼ inch inner diameter. However, it’s important to note that other similar products sold in North America are commonly referred to as “1 ¼ inch pre-insulated pipes”, but the inner diameter of their PEX conduits is smaller, at 1 1/16 inch. As a result, these North American pipes carry less energy than ours.
Our pre-insulated 40 mm double pipe requires no gluing, special tools, or heavy equipment to install. Supplied in rolls, this 2-in-1 piping system (supply and return bundled together) is quick and easy to install.
The flexibility of our pre-insulated 40 mm double pipe means fewer joints, elbows, and other fittings during installation.
